You certainly can! If you’re purchasing products from the website, you can click the ‘make it a gift’ option at checkout. You pay $50tt extra for premier packaging and we will also include a special discount code for the recipient as well as a personalized note from you! (You can include this personalized note in the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout.)

For Belle Boxes as a gift, no need to click the ‘make it a gift’ option as it’s already in premier packaging! Simply include your personalized comment and we will fix you up!

We know you’re anxious to receive your goodies but work with us so we can have you looking extra fab! The sooner you pay, the sooner we can process your payment! Once your payment has been made and received (does not apply to cash on delivery option), your order will be packaged (same day/the next day) and then shipped via TTPOST or UPS (1-2 days).

Please notify us at least 24 hours BEFORE scheduled delivery or you will have to pay a fee of $25 for the inconvenience to our delivery persons. On the day of delivery, we will call to confirm that you are meeting us at the collection point at the pre-scheduled time. If you are unable to meet us at the previously scheduled time, we will try to arrange another time that same day OR you can choose to have your item shipped to you  the following week via TTPOST for the standard fee of $25.

If you choose to have it delivered by TTPOST instead of collecting it as originally planned, you will have to pay the additional fee of $25 for the inconvenience to our Belle delivery persons. This $50 dollar fee must be paid in advance via one of the payment options listed here (excluding the Cash on Delivery option as ttpost couriers are not responsible for collecting monies on behalf of Belle but simply for delivering the items.) before we can process your order to be shipped to you. You will then receive email confirmation once your order has processed.

Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order if you haven’t yet paid for the items. Please note that if payment has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel or change the order.

If your order has been sent back due to undeliverable address/ unclaimed, we will contact you via email to schedule another delivery which we will send only if you confirm it by responding to the email. You will also have to pay an additional fee of $25 for the prior incovenience which must be made payable via one of the payment options (excluding the Cash on Delivery option as ttpost couriers are not responsible for collecting monies on behalf of Belle but simply for delivering the items.) If after the second attempt, no claim for the items has been made, your order will be null and void and there will be NO refund. To avoid this, simply notify us in advance if no one will be available to collect the items at the shipping address or have someone accept it on your behalf.

If you have sensitive skin and or allergies to fashion/costume jewelry, we advise that you avoid wearing this type of jewelry. If you still choose to wear them, we advise that you take caution and do not wear this type of jewelry for extended periods of time. Belle will not be held responsible for what you choose to wear on your body particularly if you know that you are allergic or sensitive to this type of jewelry.
