At Belle, we want our customers to feel satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we ensure that each product is satisfactory enough to be sold to you. That said, in the rare case that an item bypasses our inspection and is deemed faulty by the customer or arrives damaged in shipping, please consult the instructions below.
*Please note that we do NOT give refunds. However we will provide you with a credit exchange to receive the same item or, if out of stock, an item of the same value to be sent to you at no charge.
1) ¬†Please send us a photo of damaged product via whatsapp/email within 48 hours¬†of receipt. Return policy expires 48¬†hours from the day of receipt.¬†This is to avoid fraudulent customers who want to wear a piece and then want a new and different piece for the same value. ¬†Once the photo and reason for exchange are valid, we will then email you with our return address.
2) Return product in its exact ¬†condition and packaging to us via TTPOST along with your invoice/proof of purchase to qualify for a return credit exchange.
*Please note that¬† you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees which are non-refundable to send the faulty product to us via TTPOST.
3) Please allow 1-3 business days to facilitate the return/refund process and look out for an email/whatsapp message from us.¬† If for some reason you don‚Äôt hear from us in 3 days, please contact us and we will respond to you immediately!
